Event Summary:

Join Irina Vlada of Breathwise each Monday in May for a special set of mindfulness practices including guided meditation and breathwork designed to bring your physical energy and mental body into alignment. 

What is meditation? 

Meditation is building a relationship with your attention and raising your internal awareness to build a relationship with yourself.

  • Individual sessions are $10 or you may select all four sessions for $30.
