The Breathwise journey integrates the physical body (cultivating the art of self-care), the energetic body (developing the art of breath), and the mental body (mastering the art of self-talk).

It culminates with a reinvigorated understanding and comprehension of self which results in personal growth and the expression of one’s authentic self.

Breathwise offerings come in four main flavors:

We welcome you to a deepening exploration of meditation over the course of 4 modules.

Corporate Workshops

We support the corporate environment through breath work, yoga, group meditations and personal coaching. We provide guidance for individuals so they may develop their personal culture for sustainable change.
These workshops are offered as 6- or 12-month contracts which include weekly + monthly sessions.
